RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns happen. It's ok!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know your reason for return. Please include your Invoice number and the name of the item you will be returning. Continue the steps listed below.
Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tag(s) attached and an order # referenced.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanging an item must occur within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tag(s) attached and an order # referenced.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. If your purchase qualified for free shipping and you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost incurred by AGF will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
