Returns happen. It's ok!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number the item(s) you'd like to return.
Please note we will deduct $7 from your refund for the provided return label.
Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tag(s) attached and an order # referenced.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will deduct $7 from your refund for the provided return label.
Exchanging an item must occur within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tag(s) attached and an order # referenced.

Due to increased volume & the impact of COVID-19, we're experience slight delays in shipping/order processing and your order may take longer than usual to arrive.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. If your purchase qualified for free shipping and you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost incurred by AGF will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
